"My husband and I were very disappointed with the Embassy Suites.
1. The front desk help was not particularly friendly. When we called from our room, the phone rang so many times, we hung up and had to call back later. We asked for someone to come to our room to help with the TV. They showed up about one hour later.
2. The bartender was rude and abrupt.
3. The clerk in the gift shop talked on the phone the entire time (5 minutes or so) that I was in the shop. Just chatting away with a friend. When she rang up my 99 cent charge, she charged me $9.99. I had to point out the error. She tried two more times before she got it right. When she hung up the phone, she got it right.
4. We stayed in room 708. Our bed was very uncomfortable. Mattress is clearly sagging. The sheets did not fit the bed and all night the sheets kept popping up so we ended up sleeping on the mattress pad.
5. There are no towel bars in the bathroom. We had to drop our towels on the floor. Where else should we put them?"
